Skip the bottled marinade; make your own! Combine ¼ cup soy sauce, 3 Tbsp. honey, 2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar, 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder, 1 ½ tsp. ground ginger, ¾ cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp. black pepper and a few drops of Wright’s Liquid Smoke.

July 2014- A Tip for Your Next Gathering

Make an appetizer your guests won’t forget! In a pan, heat 6 oz. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese, 2 Tbsp. water, 1 Tbsp. mustard, a pinch of salt and Wright’s Liquid Smoke until melted. Slowly add two beaten eggs into pan, stirring constantly. Heat for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite crackers or Old London Melba Snacks!
